iOS Decline buying Monthly Diamond from Moonton

Hi, one of my friend buying in game Monthly Diamond package, and this happen. Usually he buy this package without problem, but this month this happen.

In my opinion, probably should forward and deal direct with customer service to get faster feedback.

What i understand from the notice's title, its said about deduction of illegal diamonds.

Are ya friend using illegal way to get diamonds...? Oof

I already report it to CS, but no reply yet. Look at the picture before you said buy from illegal diamonds.

I see. mkay... but i think better ya friend deal with CS much better tho. If ya the one report about it, CS gonna stunned and confuse with ya report probably.

Like ..."Which one is in purchased problem...you or your friend?"

I already look those pictures, last four pictures about player history purchase said about refunded, which is on ya friend's side and the last one said about illegal Diamonds, which is on Moonton side.

I think probably Moonton declare it as illegal, so no refund. Idk.

do now show purchase recite info so openly..it might cause trouble..and as u said u already informs cs i will suggest u to wait patiently until they reply .
