You do know this issue only came up not so recently and wasn't existing before. While it is a flaw that has been implemented, it will soon get fixed with the feedback and report the game is receiving related to this.
Additionally, we forward all suggestions and report to the developers in this Forums so no need to get beefed up, and there's even 1 forwarded related suggestion/concern regarding this issue.
I don't even know how this bother you so much. Also, not our fault if you don't know how to put up an image that easily.
While there's a lot of existing issue that needs fixing and such, we are all doing our best to forward these concerns to the developers and at the same time, they're doing their best to address this issue. Not all changes are easily implemented because it undergoes many tests and such in order for it to function well while not affecting other factors.
But if we were to compare the changes made at least to Report and Punishment System, it's significantly better than before and is continuously getting better. But we all agree to the fact that while there's a lot of issues, these issues are issues not easily fixed in 1 snap and addressed in 1 go, it will still continue to be an issue after many implementations.
Lastly, edited your post. This goes beyond the Forum's rules and regulations and at the same time what you're trying to do is against MLBB Terms and Service, I don't even think it's worth anything even ;)

. I care about is quality too. As long as the graphics, visual and sound effects are good, the future of this game will be bright. 
to lazy developers about the matchmaking and punishment system being broken and some important outdated skins not being revamped. Because we love MLBB.
