Buff Ruby - she is too weak in early game and can't compete other Exp laners

Ruby was once of average fighters since 2018 but now she is too weak in early game, easily get killed my Thamuz, Phoveus, Paquito, Dyrroth and best of all she has no escape skilll even using Flicker, remember so many nerfs like more than 200 hp, physical and magic defence? And damage lost as well. And CANNOT DO ANYTHING IN EARLY TO MID GAME. Moonton just focusing BUFFING OVERPOWERED HEROES like Thamuz, Karina, etc. Can we do something about it?

The disadvantage of Ruby passive "Let's Dance!" is that player needs to get 3 stacks to be tough enough, but most players reached 3 stacks was already low HP and will killed in second.
I hope can adjust to direct reach 3 stacks by one jump after used all 3 skill.
Or adjust Skill 2 "Be good!" able to dash forward by pointing any direction.

Lifesteal cannot provide survibility due to many hero are burst damage , only full tank or shield can be tough enough.

Or change the stack of defence into permanent from being temporary and make it longer jump since she needs mobility. Lifesteal depends on amount of damage. I think she needs buff more HP so she can use most damage and lifesteal items and lesser defence items and also she needs additional damage growth and her skills like 15%-25%.

She may be weak early game, but mid-late game she is stupidly annoying to deal with. If her early game potential is buff, she becomes unbalanced and then she gets nerf ._.
Imo, Ruby doesn’t need a buff.
