Good day.. This would be my 3-4th time I'm calling for help about this current bug that we've been experiencing since last month. I have an issue regarding to your mlbb game. My friend is currently experiencing this weird type of bug everytime we play ML. Just when we are about to start the game, the "enter" lobby match doesn't show up in his screen, that's why he is unable to enter the match and even his credit score gets affected because of this bug. Something popped out of his screen saying "Network connection error, please match up again" and "Network connection failed, reconnecting..". His signal and wifi are strong enough for me and him to play the game and he already checked his ping and it's about 30-31 ms. But this bug keeps getting in our way to the point where we are unable to play in PEACE. That's all, I'm hoping you could be able to notice this and fix this as soon as possible.. we've tried reporting the issue at the customer service but there's no related bug in there.. We've also tried to emailed mlbb but there is no response and it's taking too long.. I also have a video clip and a screenshot about this bug :< Please help and thank you in advance.
Unfortunately, yes :< We can't play 5 man, trio nor duo. I am 100% certain that my friend's internet is strong enough for the both of us to play. It's just that the enter thingy doesn't show up on his screen resulting a decrease of his credit score. We even tried playing in VS. AI but it still doesn't work..
