Adopt this set to roam better

I usually get a notification asking if I want to adopt some set to roam better. But I'm curious about the benefit and the mechanics. I get the same shoes/boots suggested anyway in the very beginning, and even if I pick them, I may still have the other notification for a short while. Do I get some $ discount or does it provide something more than the same boots in the notification picture? If I play support hero with a plan to roam, is there any disadvantage taking it?

If you buy roam blessing you will have other mechanics it doesn't provide any discount. You can find a lot of videos on youtube explaining what roam item blessing is and each of their passive and how they work.

I can think of one disadvantage in picking the suggested roaming boots. Some heroes like Angela, Estes, Rafaela, etc are good in healing. The roaming boots with blessing "favor" is good for them. But sometimes the suggestion will be for encourage or conceal.

They do not offer any discounts on roaming boots. They are just notification based on hero roles. If you pick tank or support role heroes, a notification for roaming boots will be shown. If you are using the battle spell "Retribution", a notification for jungle boots will be shown
