For account issues like this, it's best to contact customer service in-game because they're the ones who can assist you quickly. If you have access to your account and the player has bound it to other socials, you can try unbinding them (via the Account Settings on your profile). If you lost access to most binds, it's best to create another account and create a separate customer service ticket there so that the hacker can't see your ticket. |
