I activated the lock device on my account, I accidentally deleted my MLBB App and when I tried to login to my account it says the account has enable  the device lock, my device is still the same as before, I have contacted customer service and they always give the same answer, I hope there is a fix for this device lock system

Well... we never face this type of problem before.
So don't think we don't reply because we don't want. Just we need more information about this problem.
Can you please tell me how you activated the lock??

Did you try on another device to see if that works?

I don't know if I delete my mlbb app ,mlbb will read it as a new device. I enabled device lock in my account on my phone only, why does this feature not recognize the same device? Many other people have the same problem as me

Is possible that you changed your main email on phone?
And is strange that even with email verification you can’t log in
Maybe deleting all the data storage it make you now unable to log in.
Since we never face this problem we can’t help you the only way is to contact custom service, but I saw it doesn’t help you, so maybe you need to give different information about your account.
