[Payment-Contact Customer Service] Negative Diamond After Refund

Dear Support,

I wrote to payment@moonton a week ago with no response.

I was double charged for the monthly 6.98SGD bundle, on 5 Nov 2022, with an additional 275 diamond bundle order that I did NOT place. Please see apple payment record attached.

I did NOT get the additional 275 diamonds that were charged as well.
You can check the attached screenshot of the diamond history. Only 275 Diamonds were received on 5 Nov 2022, NOT 2 x 275 diamonds

I contacted Apple Support, and a refund was granted for the diamonds I never received. But, Moonton send me in-game mail that I bought diamonds illegally and took 275 diamonds from my account.

Please investigate and return my 275 diamonds that should NOT have been automatically deducted

Only in game customer service can help you regarding any in app purchase. Please contact in game customer service like Aly said
