Can't use customer service because page stuck on "RATE NOW" page

Hi. I want to use the in-game customer service but I can't because the "RATE NOW" button does not want to go away. I press on the screen but nothing happens. I have have re-installed the game but the problem persists.

Is strange....
Yesterday I used CS to report a bad behavior and today they answered me that the report have been end with success and I could type on "Rate Now" giving the stars and the chat now is closed.
Maybe is a temporary bug... let us know if in those days the problem is solved or not

I still have the same problem. I try to tap on the "RATE NOW" button but it is still there. It doesn't go away. I also reinstalled the game again but no difference.
