Questions about moderator role.

Hello, I want to become a moderator inside the game (not a forum moderator), I want to be able to report and punish people that are breaking the rules but I don't know the requirements and how to apply for this job. I asked support but they didn't answer my question properly. So the forum is the only place I can get the answer to my question. Does anyone know exactly how to become an ingame moderator? What are the requirements and what do I need to do to be recruited?

There's no recruitment for ingame mods as far as i knw and they recruit only social media mods. Most of them are devs tho, which are in the offices, headquarters.

I don't know if there is an in-game moderator or not. From what I understand, I think you are asking about how to join Moonton and help the players in-game or fix the game, am I understanding right?

Mods are on Forum, Discord, Facebook, Reddit, and so on. I don’t think there are mods in game.
Being mod doesn’t mean we have power in game since there we are also common players.
The only way to have some power in game is being a part of developers I think.
