Hi. I can't find any matches in Classic or Ranked mode. I cleared the cache and restarted the game but that did not help. I also reinstalled the game but the problem persists. I tried using customer service but I can't because the "rate now" button does not go away. I made that post earlier but nobody is responding. I need help.

In this case we have to report your bug to developers.
So provide me Game ID, server ID, device that are you using, I need also a proof I know you have sent the screenshot but would be better a video where you show about rate button that doesn’t work.

I would also like to add that I can't find any matches in Classic/Ranked. I waited 30 mins and longer for a match. I never get a match. I have cleared the cache and restarted the game but that does not help. I have reinstalled the game but the problem still persists. I have experienced these problems since the latest update.
