There are 2 skins, which one you are talking about? and every collaboration skins get through the collaborated person/team before release and they can release it when both parties agree with the final product as far as I know. I can understand your concern, but sadly it's out of the power of normal people like us. You can create a suggestion thread regarding this.

Halo Striker does indeed have a darker skin tone but I do believe this is to at least make him a bit similar or near the actual skin tone of Bruno. Although the other one has a lighter tone, so I don't understand the hate... the darker skin tone on Halo Striker seems better fitting than having a lighter skin tone.

It's not literally black or African honestly. It's just a little bit darker, also his skin tone nowadays in real life is brown-ish :p
