My Account has been falsely banned. I never used any form of cheats since i played the game. Can someone help me to unban my account I want to appeal and moontoon to send me a basis or proof where in i used any form of cheat.
Have you tried contacting customer service? They are the ones that can help you, there should be an icon or button somewhere in the app that you can tap on to contact customer service regarding your ban.
