[Other Bug Report] Always placed on wrong server by matchmaking.

Hi. I'm constantly being placed on the wrong server after matchmaking. I'm always playing against people from Pakistan and Bangladesh (their flags). Only those two countries and no other countries. I suspect I'm being placed on the Asia server by mistake. This happens to me in Classic and Ranked mode. I always play solo without any friends. I never had this problem before.
I have not switched to advanced server or any other server.

I have cleared the cache numerous times. I have reinstalled the game but no change. I have restarted my WIFI and it's connection is fine. I don't use VPN. I'm from South Africa.

Did you inform in game customer service regarding this issue ?

Usually happens if the system can't find a match for your own server + rank, etc or could be because your server has been deleted or something. Have you tried contacting Customer Service like what Excalibur said?

I have contacted customer service twice. They keep replying and sending me forms about Internet- and Device performance. I don't see how this is an Internet or Device performance issue. My connection is fine and I don't use VPN.

I don't think it's because the system can't find me a match. I have always found a match regardless of the time of day. I usually played against people from Europe, Africa and rarely Asia. Now it's just Pakistan and Bangladesh. I suspect it's just a bunch of bots.

I feel like I'm getting nowhere with the in-game customer service. Would it be possible for somebody to forward my issue to the developers? I posted about two bugs here in the past and it got fixed within a week because one of the moderators told me that they would forward my issue to the developers.
