People at epic rank, play hero 0 match, wr 0% and has 3k point from no where in hero ranking, while you reset other player from 5k to 2k. wtf is happening?

Yes we know, you should have receive an announcement in game in your email box on this date: 01/05/2023.
Many of us have same problem.

There you go, he's only play 2 match of hilda rank legend V -> 2512 points,
I play 51 games of hilda in rank currently Mythic IV winrate 72.5 % -> 2451 point.

That make sense?
