Hero Power Leaderboards: Is it me or Moontoon did just robbed me?

So I received this notif from Moontoon about the recent adjustments on the Hero Power Leaderboards and noticed a few things that are quite "fishy" or that's just me. I'll attach some photos for you to judge.

One of my mains from the previous season is Vexana, and I played at least 15 matches with her at the start of the new season. After receiving the notif above, my current Hero score has been reduced to less than 2000 points, earning me a Beginner badge. I was quite disappointed because my win-lose ratio is 10:5.

S27 Hero Score: Vexana (15 matches) vs. Valir (0 matches)

I was even more agitated when I compared my current Hero score with Valir which, surprisingly, has more than 2000 points, earning me a Junior badge. Here's the catch, I didn't have a single match with this bitch at the start of the new season.

SO the question is, did Moontoon rob me? Or am I missing something? SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS.

The leaderboard not so accurate means devs still need to check again. umu.

There's only one person on our leaderboard for Australia at the moment.

Going from 3900 -> 1500 is such a massive drop. I hope this isn't a seasonal thing either because going from top country to just your local area doesn't look good in draft pick

They robbed my Layla's rank too

I was very close to become Supreme rank Layla.

After this new leaderboard system, it moved my street rank from No.1 to No.47

I was leading by at least 100+ street rank points but now I am way behind others

Devs should really look into this, tbh. I could not accept the monumental dropped of myVex's Hero Score. I worked hard for it!!

So seriously? Moderators and Devs are keeping their mouths shut on this complaint? It clearly shows that Moonton messed up with my hero score which is not forgivable. Quite an Irony for a game community that promotes 'fairness' lol. .

We also have same problem, we also noticed this mess since the last update.
We really hope they will fix it
